Vendor needs to provide retirement plan consultant services to the government authority located in VI.– Provide comprehensive retirement plan consulting, fiduciary advisory, investment oversight, vendor evaluation, participant education, and retirement readiness services.– Retirement plan assessment:– Conduct a comprehensive review of all university–sponsored retirement plans.– Evaluate plan design, participation rates, employee contribution levels, employer contribution structures, vesting schedules, loan provisions, hardship withdrawals, and distribution options.– Review administrative processes, governance structures, fiduciary oversight, and operational practices.– Benchmark plan design, fees, participation, and outcomes against comparable higher education institutions and industry best practices.– Investment advisory and oversight:– Analyze investment options, diversification, performance, fees, and risk characteristics.– Vendor evaluation and procurement support:– Evaluate current recordkeepers, custodians, investment advisors, and related vendors.– Fiduciary governance and compliance support:– Recommend governance structures, committee responsibilities, policies, procedures, and documentation standards.– Participant education and retirement readiness:– Evaluate participant engagement initiatives.– Optional ongoing advisory services:– Assist with implementation of recommendations.
