(1) Vendor needs to provide E–certificate platform. – Provide E–certificate platform is envisioned as a secure, scalable and interoperable digital solution through which exporters and other authorised users can undertake the certification process electronically from application and submission of required documentation through verification, processing, approval and eventual issuance of certificates.– Platform is expected to significantly improve the efficiency, transparency and accessibility of certification services while strengthening the integrity and traceability of the certification process.– Data architecture and information exchange protocols conform with recognised national and international trade and data standards, thereby facilitating interoperability with relevant government institutions, sister agencies, international trade systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
