(1) Vendor needs to provide adult basic education instructor service to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.    – Adult Basic Education (ABE) Instructor that provides inmate students with foundational literacy and math skills at the pre–high school equivalency levels in addition to the education functioning levels and four subject areas of the GED.– Services shall be delivered through one–on–one and small group instruction aligned with participants assessed educational functioning levels and supplemented by computer–based instruction via the essential education learning management system, through which the contractor may monitor student activity.– Instruction will be delivered in both pre–high school equivalency and GED pathways, with a focus on reading, writing, mathematics, social studies, and science.– The contractor will have access to digital projectors and other classroom equipment for course instruction.     – Provide adult basic education (ABE) instruction to incarcerated individuals at pre–high school equivalency levels.– provide adequate classroom space and seating for all students.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
