(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and digital engagement services.– Implement marketing and advertising campaign for county.– Provide a comprehensive public communications improvement and management program designed to strengthen transparency, engagement and access.– Create a recognizable and professional public brand.– Promote voter education.– Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the county priorities and public initiative.– Public information campaigns.– Provide complete management of the county’s digital presence. Platforms may include Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and additional platforms.– Content scheduling.– Community monitoring.– Develop engaging and informative content that educates residents while promoting the services.– Custom graphics.– Passport service promotions.– Holiday and community messaging.– Public service announcements.– Provide professional visual content showcasing the work of the county.– Countywide event photography.– Short–form videos and reels.– Public education campaigns.– Constituent outreach.– Analytics and performance reporting.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
