CONS-21605 - USA (Beaufort, South Carolina) - Facilities Conditions Assessment Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities conditions assessment services to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.– Provide a comprehensive facilities condition assessment (FCA) of all district–owned facilities.– District serves approximately 22,000 students across 40+ buildings, including elementary schools, academies, middle and high schools, and administrative offices.– Determine the current physical condition and remaining useful life of all designated properties and defined assets.– Develop a system–level capital prioritization framework to support the district’s –year capital improvement plan.– Provide the resulting data into a GIS–integrated asset database aligned with the District’s facilities platform using ESRI ArcGIS Indoor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
