Description

Диски для визначення чутливості мікроорганізмів до лікарських засобів (як медичні вироби для діагностики in vitro) оподатковуються за зниженою ставкою ПДВ у розмірі 7%. Ця пільгова ставка застосовується відповідно до підпункту «в» пункту 193.1 статті 193 Податкового кодексу України, оскільки товар пройшов необхідну оцінку відповідності та внесений до Реєстру медичних виробів.
