Vendor needs to provide after hours answering service. • The service is needed to answer calls to the agency after normal business hours Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, all day on Holidays, and during Emergencies.• The required Services to be performed are answering, assigning, dispatching, reporting and recording /documenting all calls in accordance with agency procedures and protocols. • The answering service shall not exceed 15 minutes in any situation (from call input to dispatching the call.• Provide bilingual interpretation in English and Spanish. • Emergency services: Emergency services shall be as required by the agency: and the agency shall notify the vendor within 24 hours of such occurrence.• Completed Calls consist of the following: – Incoming calls will consist of customer calls for reporting the need for emergency services or situations. – Outgoing calls will consist of the operator calling the agency’s designated contacts and calling the customer on request of the agency’s designated contact. – Confirm incoming calls are for agency service area. – Email and/or text of the customer call to the agency’s designated contract afterwards.
