(1) Vendor needs to provide carpentry services to the government authority located in Framingham, MA. – Contractor will be available as–needed on an on–call basis, prepared to perform routine and urgent carpentry maintenance and repairs and installations.– The scope of work without limiting the generality thereof includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to accomplish the work described herein, in accordance with all specifications and requirements.– Interior and exterior door installation.– Kitchen countertop and cabinet installation.– Subfloors.– Window installation.– Bifold door installation.– Porch and deck repair.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
