(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual upgrade system to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.– Develop a complete system design package, including system layouts, signal flow diagrams, and equipment lists – Align system design with the functionality and user experience of Room – Conduct a design review with Government stakeholders prior to implementation– Remove and properly dispose of or turn over existing equipment as directed – Coordinate all removal activities with Government personnel – Prepare the space for installation of the new system– Procure and install all required system components, including but not limited to: – Display systems – Audio capture and playback components – Video conferencing equipment – Control interfaces – Install equipment in a professional manner consistent with industry standards – Ensure all cabling, mounting, and system components are secure, labeled, and organized
