(1) Vendor needs to provide front–end developer services for the timber portal platform.– Back–end consultant to improve the user–friendliness of the tool.– Updating reference layers and programmatic languages.– Improving platform performance and security.– Proposing improvements and fixes to various sites (back office, observations tool, etc.) to improve the overall platform.– Performing maintenance tasks and bug solving as time and budget allows.– Providing a list of suggested improvements needed to keep the platform functional, user friendly and up–to–date.
