PURPOSE:The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) & Satellite Clinics (specified below) has a requirement for Pest Control Services, Santa Fe, NM 87505.Description of Services:The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service requires a contractor to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management for the Santa Fe Indian Health Center and the San Felipe Health Clinic.Services include but are not limited to:Routine Integrated Pest Management (IPM) inspections and monitoringInterior and exterior pest control servicesRodent control and monitoringStructural pest management, including termites and other wood–destroying organismsWildlife and nuisance animal management (where permitted by law)Emergency pest response servicesBed bug inspection and treatment (as required)Lice management services (as required)Installation, inspection, and maintenance of traps, bait stations, and monitoring devicesApplication of EPA–registered pesticides in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, Tribal, and local regulationsInspection reports, service documentation, and pesticide application recordsRecommendations for corrective actions and Integrated Pest Management improvementsMonthly service reports and other contract deliverables identified in the Statement of Work (SOW)The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, pesticides, permits, licenses, transportation, and all other resources necessary to perform the required services. No Government–furnished equipment, materials, or pest control supplies will be provided.WORK SCHEDULE:
