(1) Vendor needs to provide enrollment marketing and advertising services.• To provide marketing, branding, and advertising services for enrollment graduate programs at university.  • Conduct student profiles and industry research for each program.• Provide brand strategies for individual campaigns including competitive analysis, market research, target audience characteristics, barriers to entry, context of mays business school and university, and messaging direction. • Design strategic, timely, creative, excellent, on–brand deliverables for digital, print, out–of–home, etc.  • Provide libraries of graphic assets as they are created. • Provide creative direction, scripts, or storyboards as needed for video production.  • Provide campaign–specific media buying strategy and identify advertising channels that will drive enrollment using insights from brand strategy competition, market trends, and target audience.  • Demonstrate expertise on tactics such as technical SEO, AI–influenced search strategies, competitor Conque sting, retargeting, and geofencing. Include strategy to drive individual program recruitment event attendance.• Agency may purchase media for advertising channels through in–house resources or outsourcing services, covering, social, streaming, display, as well as other creative media tactics.• Provide monthly optimization reports on best–performing creative, re–targeting efforts, and actions taken to optimize channel performance.• Collaborate with mays business school marketing, graduate programs, and CRM team to ensure proper traffic measurements to the may’s website are established before campaign launch and lead sourcing data integrations are sufficient for reporting purposes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
