School Crossing Guard Services

Holmdel Township is seeking a vendor to provide School Crossing Guard Services for the 2026–2027 school year and summer session, with an option to extend for one additional year. The contractor will staff and manage crossing guards at 14 locations, covering morning and afternoon shifts in alignment with the official school calendar. The vendor will supply all required personnel, materials, and equipment meeting NJDOT and MUTCD safety standards, and must recruit, hire, and manage qualified guards at a minimum hourly rate of $18.00. The Township may adjust the number of posts or request additional coverage for special events as needed. This project offers vendors the opportunity to deliver a fully managed, safety‑focused program that ensures reliable crossing guard coverage throughout the school year.
