(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting services to the government authority located in Woonsocket, RI.– Monthly reconciliation of the general ledger and balance sheet accounts.– Preparation and review of monthly financial statements and budget– to actual reports. – Accounting and financial oversight for low–income public housing, housing choice voucher, central office cost centre, capital fund program, and other applicable programs and grants.– Accounting, reconciliation, portability, and reserve monitoring.– Preparation of adjusting and correcting journal entries.– Assistance with annual operating budgets, financial projections, and budget revisions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
