(1) Vendor needs to provide intersection construction management project services to the government authority located in Crested Butte, CO.– General construction management responsibilities:– Assist in the procurement and contracting of the General Contractor and be responsible for the contract management.– Pre–construction phase services:– Attend and document the pre–construction conference.– Review contractor submittals including baseline schedule, traffic control plans, and certified payroll procedures.– Contract provisions and eligibility:– Ensure construction activities align with the approved scope, funding categories, and limits of work.– Davis–bacon and labor compliance:– Conduct on–site labor compliance interviews as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
