(1) Vendor needs to provide alumni customer relationship management platform.• The proposed Alumni CRM platform must support alumni engagement, communications and relationship management, with the capability to support fundraising and donor management as part of a CRM solution• Functional Requirements– Alumni Database / CRM– The system must provide a centralised, searchable alumni CRM including:Individual profiles with student ID, contact details, education history, employment, communication preferences, with scope for customisation to meet specific agency needs.– Ability to store relationships (mentor, donor, ambassador, volunteer, staff)– Custom fields and flexible data schemas, including formula–based fields for calculations, e.g. total giving by donor. – agency –compliant consent tracking and data retention logic– Duplicate detection and data‑quality management tools, e.g. bulk updatesBulk import/export capabilities– Complex querying, segmentation and filtering options for targeted communications, donations and all other data areas.– Reporting, dashboards and data visualisation tools. • Data Protection and Cyber Security– Email Marketing & Comms Platform:– Built–in functionality or comprehensive integration to best–in–class tools for newsletters, campaigns, and automated workflows• Tenderers should clearly identify where functionality is native to the platform and where it is delivered through integration with third–party products.• Drag‑and‑drop email builder, i.e. no code or low code– Events Management – Event creation and publishing (public and private events)– Online registration, waitlists, attendance tracking– Optional ticketing (free/paid)– Automated reminders and confirmations– Integrations with the comms engine for targeted invites(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
