Vendor needs to provide forensic psychiatrist and child sexual assault accommodation syndrome expert services to the government authority located in Somerville, NJ.1. Forensic psychiatrist:– Must be a board–certified licensed psychiatrist.– Curriculum vitae must be submitted with the proposal outlining the doctor’s educational and professional training, licenses and board certifications, published papers/books, and a detailed description of the required practical experience.– The expert's credentials/qualifications to render expert testimony must have been stipulated to by a defense attorney and the expert report allowed or the expert's credentials/qualifications to render an expert opinion were challenged by a defense attorney in court and the court determined that the expert was qualified to render expert opinions.2. Child sexual assault accommodation syndrome expert:– Must be a board–certified licensed psychiatrist or a licensed psychologist.– The child sexual assault accommodation syndrome licensed expert must have been retained by a prosecuting agency in state at a minimum of one time to examine a victim, met with/ consulted with prosecutors concerning the victim and provided an expert report concerning the victim.
