(1) Vendor needs to provide project delivery consultant services to the government authority located in Stillwater, OK. • Assist in identifying project needs and objectives.• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and preliminary schedules.• Evaluate feasibility and recommend approaches.• Provide or coordinate design services as required.• Prepare or manage preparation of plans and specifications.• Engage appropriately licensed professionals when required.• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.• Assist city staff in developing procurement scopes.• Support pre–bid meetings and respond to technical questions.• Provide project management services during implementation.• Coordinate contractors, stakeholders, and city staff.• Monitor schedule, budget, and progress.• Identify and address project issues.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
