(1) Vendor needs to provide adult sports league management services to the government authority located in Kalamazoo, Mi. – Provide and administer league management for adult softball. – League management shall include recruitment of players and teams, communication with players and teams, scheduling players and teams, conflict management and general oversight of leagues.• Pre–season marketing services shall be solely the responsibility of the contractor.• Pre–season preparation services include, player and team registration, collection and deposit of fees, pre–season meetings and creation and distribution of schedules.• Automated scorekeeping/statistical support shall be solely the responsibility of the contractor.• Umpire/referee services shall be solely the responsibility of the contractor.• League coordination services• Field maintenance services• Obtaining and providing essential game materials• Design, procurement and distribution of awards to participating teams shall be solely the responsibility of the contractor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
