(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and architectural services to the government authority located in Portsmouth, NH.– Dock and Pier construction, improvements and repairs.– Geotechnical and structural analysis and designs.– Hydrographic and hydrodynamic analysis.– Inspection and condition surveys of terminal and facility infrastructure.– Facility roads and pavements construction.– Terminal and facility construction, improvements, repairs and expansion.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
