STAFF-16970 - USA (Pensacola, Florida) - Temporary Employee Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary employee services to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL. – Provide temporary employment services on an as–needed basis for various personnel categories.– Services may include recruitment, screening, interviewing, testing, placement, payroll administration, tax withholding, worker’s compensation coverage, unemployment insurance, and other responsibilities normally associated with being the employer of record for temporary personnel.• Recruit, screen, test and evaluate prospective temporary employees as needed before referring them to the agency.• Verify that personnel possess the education, licenses, certifications, experience, technical skills and other qualifications specified by the agency for the assignment.• Conduct all background screenings required by the agency and applicable law.• Conduct drug testing when requested by the agency or required for a particular assignment.• Serve as the employer of record for temporary employees supplied under the contract unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing.• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping records.• Provide qualified personnel within the response time specified by the agency.• Provide replacement personnel promptly when an assigned employee does not report for work, is unable to continue an assignment, does not meet the agency's requirements, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable by the agency.• Maintain sufficient recruiting and staffing capabilities to meet the agency's anticipated needs.• Provide appropriate after–hours contact information for urgent or emergency staffing needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
