(1) Vendor needs to provide drug testing and alcohol screening service to the government authority located in El Paso, TX.• Random drug testing will entail the five panel testing and include the following drugs: Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates, Amphetamines, Phencyclidine.• The sample will be maintained for a period of one year• Drug tests results will be made available to the affected employee upon written request, subject to applicable rules, regulations and legal considerations.• COLLECTION PROCEDURE• REASONABLE SUSPICION TESTING• POST–ACCIDENT/FIREARM DISCHARGE TESTING• RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPORTING LEGAL PRESCRIPTION DRUG USE AND ACCIDENTAL DRUG EXPOSURE• DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE TREATMENT(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
