(1) Vendor needs to provide executive and leadership coaching services to the government authority located in Sunland Park, NM.– Provide executive and leadership coaching services to the superintendent, executive cabinet members, principals, assistant principals, and directors of the district– Individualized executive and leadership coaching– Organizational and strategic support– Leadership coaching focused on instructional leadership, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.– Facilitation of leadership retreats, cabinet meetings, and strategic planning sessions as requested by the Superintendent or designee.– Support for development and implementation of District strategic and organizational improvement initiatives.– Support for the development and implementation of leadership accountability improvements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
