(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Flint, MI.– Prepare or supervise the preparation of all legal papers and documents which shall be executed by the board officers and or shall approval all legal papers and documents.– Provide such opinions or other legal information to the president which may be necessary for the immediate or long–range conduct of the college.– Periodically provide progress reports to the board on legal matters.– Attend to and act on any matters the board refers to them for supervision, adjustment, and disposal.– Render a written opinion on a legal question when requested by the board.– Provide an estimate of legal fees to the board chair and president when recommending outside attorney services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
