DISPOS-9802 - USA (Gilbert, Arizona) - Waste Collection and Disposal Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide waste collection and disposal services to the government authority located in Gilbert, AZ.• Provide waste disposal services, including collection, transportation, and proper disposal of solid waste.• The Contractor shall ensure that all waste is properly removed and disposed of at a government–approved and regulated landfill.• The Contractor shall be responsible for the immediate cleanup of any debris spilled during pick–up services and shall be liable for any damage to public or private property resulting from operations under this contract.• The Contractor shall immediately report, secure, and clean up any truck hydraulic spills or other types of leaks or spills.• Photographic documentation of the incident and post–cleanup shall be provided.• The Contractor shall designate a primary point of contact or authorized designee.• Failure to be onsite within 2 hours of the initial notification for unscheduled/urgent pick–up (2) The contract period will be for three–years(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
