(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based welness and weight balance program platform.  – A wellness and weight balance program platform to continue the efforts for state employees to manage their individual health.– Create and present a detailed program plan including participant registration, tracking, pricing, implementation and transition plans.– Provides membership for digital or in person participation, or a combination of both, and includes options such as, detailed tracking, webinar series, social media, and other additional supports.– Employee health and wellness tools focusing on wellness and weight balance program.   – Provide quarterly and annual reporting with standardized, auditable metrics.– Meal planning tools and culturally inclusive nutrition guidance. – Integration with wearable devices (Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, etc.).– Self–tracking tools (nutrition, physical activity, weight, sleep).– Marketing and engagement materials (digital and print).– Mobile and web–based access.   – High–risk population support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) An optional pre–proposal conference will be held on July 09, 2026.
