(1) Vendor needs to provide commissary services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA. – Provide commissary services for the correctional facilities at the county jail.– Provide commissary service to county on a weekly basis.– Operate and manage its services provided under the contract at a location mutually.– Allow purchase of phone time in conjunction with the vendor for the telecommunications contract in the county jail.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
