(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study services to the government authority located in Olean, NY.– Study must include analysis and evaluation of the existing structure and effectiveness as well as the feasibility for the centralization.– Review of historical and projected student enrollment trends and demographic data.– Assessment of staffing structures, administrative organization, and operational efficiencies.– Analysis of current and future educational programming and student opportunities.– Review of transportation operations, routing considerations, ride times, and fleet utilization.– Facilitation of stakeholder engagement opportunities, including meetings, forums, surveys, interviews, and focus groups.– Assessment of technology systems, business operations, food service operations, and other support services.– Analysis of district financial conditions, budgets, revenues, expenditures, debt obligations, and long–term fiscal sustainability.– Development and presentation of findings, options, and recommendations for board consideration.– Evaluation of district facilities, grade–level configurations, and building utilization.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
