CLEANING-13657 - USA (Accomac, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Accomac, VA. – Toilets, urinals, faucets and basins shall be cleaned and sanitized. Polish bright work.– Wall areas adjacent to toilets, urinals and basins are to be spot cleaned.– Halls, bathrooms and break area (kitchen) tile floors shall be swept, wet mopped and disinfected. – All restroom accessories (liquid soap, toilet paper (2–ply), paper towels) are to be filled.– All mirrors, shelving, dispensers, chromium fixtures, door handles and piping shall be damp wiped and polished dry and upon completion be streak and smudge free.– All walls and stall partitions shall be washed and wiped dry.– Entrance Doors and storm door windows shall be cleaned with professional glass cleaner.– Clean exterior and interior of microwave.– Weekly – Clean and sanitize inside and outside of the refrigerator.– Cobwebs to be removed from corners, ceilings, etc.• Trash: All trash cans are to be emptied and kept clean and trash liners installed, including sanitary napkin receptacles.• Tile laminated floors: All tile floors shall be swept and damp mopped.• Carpet floors: Carpet floors are to be vacuumed thoroughly making sure to get in corners, along edges and beneath furniture.• Dusting and cleaning: All furniture, office equipment, file cabinets, appliances, windowsills, molding, baseboards, lateral filing system base, venetian blinds, pictures, plaques, vents, fire extinguishers, lights, phones, tables, dining chairs, restroom dispensers, etc. are to be dusted and/or spot cleaned as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
