The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide welding, fabrication, and installation services for steel doors and windows with stainless steel latches. The Contractor will be responsible for manufacturing and delivering custom-made steel doors and windows, as per the specifications provided, and installing them at 17300 Warwick Blvd. Newport News, VA 23603.
