EXTRA-76900 - USA (Snowmass, Colorado) - Organizational Cultural Assessment Service - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational cultural assessment service to the government authority located in Snowmass, CO. – The selected agency will conduct a Cultural Assessment that includes, at minimum, the following elements:• Direct engagement with employees Board and Commission Members, and Council members to gather perspectives and experiences.• Identification of overall perceptions of organizational culture from entry level to Council, including shared themes, strengths, concerns, and expectations.• Analysis of feedback to identify cultural patterns, organizational dynamics, and factors influencing effectiveness.• Documentation and summary of themes, trends, and areas of alignment or disconnect.• Preparation of a written Cultural Assessment report outlining findings, cultural strengths and weaknesses, and key observations.• Presentation of final results to agency leadership and the agency Council.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
