Applicant seeks bids for one (1) redundant core switch to mirror an existing Cisco Catalyst 9500 core switch recently deployed at the network core, providing failover redundancy for the school's core network layer. The unit must match or be fully compatible with the existing switch to support redundant/high-availability core operation (e.g., StackWise Virtual or equivalent). Line 001: Cisco Catalyst 9500, 24x 1/10/25G + 4-port 40/100G, Advantage license (Cisco part number C9500-24Y4C-A) - Quantity 1 Line 002: 650W AC Config 4 Power Supply, front-to-back cooling (Cisco part number C9K-PWR-650WAC-R) - Quantity 1 Scope includes physical installation, initial configuration, and integration with the existing core, including VLANs, trunking, and routing to match current production configuration, and StackWise Virtual pairing with the existing unit. Applicant will disqualify bidders who are not bonded (if applicable) and who do not possess a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). Bids must include pricing detail by line item: quantity, description, manufacturer, model number, part number/SKU, unit price, extended price, and E-Rate eligibility percentage for each line item (equipment versus non-eligible services such as training). Installation, configuration, and shipping charges must be itemized separately from equipment cost.
