(1) Vendor needs to provide four–wheel drive safety training services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• The training will enhance employee knowledge, situational awareness, and practical driving skills necessary to safely operate 4WD vehicles in remote, rugged, and potentially high–risk environments.• Training will address vehicle limitations, driver capability, terrain and environmental risk, basic vehicle recovery, and safe decision–making while promoting environmentally responsible off–road vehicle operations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
