(1) Vendor needs to provide financial audit services to the non–profit organization located in Lyndonville, VT. – Perform a “Single Audit” for each fiscal year in accordance with government auditing standards.– Provide annual audit report with single audit letter, submitted electronically to the agency.– Provide audited financial statements, with footnotes.– Complete a schedule of federal awards.– Tax preparation services for IRS Form 990 and Form 990T.– Internal control and compliance review of procedures and policies related to effective grant management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
