(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accounting services to the government authority located in Spartanburg, SC.• Accounting services must be in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and reporting provisions of applicable guidelines for Low–Income Public Housing (LIPH) programs, Housing Choice Voucher Programs, and various other sponsored grant programs for use in auditing purposes and the Single Audit Act, and all applicable laws, federal, state, and local.• Provide electronic copies for the Auditor and the Agency of all year–end schedules, financial statements, supporting documents, etc. Contractor will facilitate communications between staff and Independent Public Accountant (IPA) regarding financial records of the Agency.• Provide, as needed, assistance to accounting staff in preparing the management discussion and analysis and related financial statement disclosures to be included with the audit.• Provide expertise and guidance on current Low–Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, as well as future developments that may utilize tax credits.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
