(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise case management platform.– Solution for a modern, enterprise–grade case management platform capable of supporting a wide range of university operational needs, including student services, academic operations, financial inquiries, human resources workflows, compliance–related requests, and technology service interactions.– Cases may originate from multiple intake channels, including the following:• Email communication• Web–based forms• Customer portals• Telephone or walk–in intake• Staff–created submissions• System–generated workflows or integrations– Unified case lifecycle framework adaptable across business units.– Provide a customizable customer portal supporting self–service case submission, case search, and status visibility.– Support configurable workflows that accommodate the full lifecycle of a case from creation through resolution and closure.– Provide integrated communication capabilities throughout the lifecycle of a case.– Support configurable notifications, correspondence templates, automated communications, and event–driven messaging.– Provide for storage and management of documents and file attachments associated with cases.– Support secure integration with institutional and third–party systems through standard APIs, web services, or other supported integration methods.– Provide AI–assisted capabilities such as conversational interfaces, virtual assistants, intelligent search, knowledge recommendations, workflow assistance, or automated case creation and routing.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14,2026.
