(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical record system.• Data migration: ability to migrate all data from our existing EMR system, NextGen Version 8, into the proposed EMR system.• Supported Operating System and Browser: solution must be fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 11 and if the system provides access via the web, it must support the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari.• Integrations: able to integrate jail management software and maintained by the correctional staff and automatically populates the inmate/patient record with housing data, allergies, diet information, special items needed (e.g., cane or wheelchair), and appointments• Internal Communication Tools• Secure, integrated internal messaging system• Task assignment tool• Ability to track the administration of medications to inmates (2) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
