(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, TX– Provide comprehensive, year–round advisory, brokerage, administrative, enrollment, communication, and employee support services for the City’s employee benefits program.– Strategic Benefits Consulting– Annual Renewal and Carrier Marketing– Implementation and Transition– Benefits Administration and Enrollment Technology– Billing, Eligibility, and Administrative Support– Employee Communication and Open Enrollment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
