Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Public Health Institute Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 AM - 12:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday East African time at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr: 500 /Five Hundred birr/. The method of payment will be in cash. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the on 15 Oct, 2026, up to 2:00 PM. starting from the date of this notice announced on Ethiopian herald paper news and in UNDB. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders or their designated representatives or not have been present and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 15 Oct, 2026 at 2:30 PM opening date and time 7.
