(1) Vendor needs to provide tier 3 data center lease service to the government authority located in Portland, OR. • Provide a hosted space suitable for this configuration in locations geographically diverse city.• New Tier 3 Data Center to replace the Center Street location, and once running can refresh Center Street to be a robust secondary center. • Leasing two locations in lieu of refurbishing our Center Street location, in which case we desire one of them to be in the Portland metro area.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 29, 2026.
