(1) Vendor needs to provide a co–sourced IT internal audit strategy since fiscal year 2020 and plans to continue this strategy to leverage a broad skill set in IT risks to address the risks associated with such a diverse university system to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– The Chief Audit Executive aims to co–source internal audits of technology, including IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, general IT controls, and enterprise applications, as well as other IT internal audits as needed.– IT audits are crucial for identifying and managing risks, ensuring compliance, and improving IT operations.– The established reporting processes include presentation of preliminary observations to IT management for each audit conducted, drafting a written report of observations and recommendations for IT management’s response, and preparing a final written report including management’s responses and implementation dates for presentation to the agency.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for two year.
