Vendor needs to provide energy resilience community outreach and education services.• Supporting an energy resilience mindset for individuals, households, businesses, and communities.• Providing data–driven and unbiased information to support good energy resilience decisions.• Educating community members about community resilience hubs.• Educating community members about critical infrastructure energy systems during power outages.• Building relationships with local community organizations in project counties.• The community outreach and education campaign will focus on supporting an energy resilience mindset for individuals, households, and communities, including topics such as community resilience hubs and critical infrastructure energy systems.• Carry out approved community outreach and education activities to address individual, household, and community energy resilience, including community resilience hubs and critical infrastructure energy systems.• Attend community events, meetings, and other public gatherings to inform and educate both youth and adults on relevant energy resilience topics.• Maintain records of outreach and education campaign activities conducted, numbers of people engaged (metrics), and any demonstrated outcomes from engagement.
