DRA-11975 - USA (Indian Wells, California) - City Facilities As-Built Surveys Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide city facilities as–built surveys services to the government authority located in Indian Wells, CA.– the preparation of interior and exterior electronic building as–built surveys of (1) Indian Wells City Hall, (2) Fire Station #55 and (3) City Maintenance Yard Building– Prepare accurate, high–definition electronic survey data, 2D Computer–Aided Design (CAD) floor plans, elevations, and/or a Building Information Model (BIM) of (1) City Hall and (2) Fire Station for upcoming renovation, space planning, and archival purposes.– Perform High–Definition (HD) 3D Laser Scanning: Scan all interior spaces, exterior facades, roof levels, and mechanical/electrical utility rooms, etc. of City Hall and Fire Station.– Tie all survey data to local benchmarks and the North American Vertical Datum– Fully registered 3D point cloud data files.– 2D architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and exterior elevations in [AutoCAD Civil 3D / DWG format].(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 2,2026.
