(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic installation and maintenance services to the government authority located in Miami, OK.1. Installation of fiber drop:– This work task is the installation of the fiber drop (aerial or underground) from the serving drop terminal to the exterior of the dwelling, termination of the drop cable on both ends with provided connectors, the installation of the network interface device (NID) and testing of the fiber.2. Premises install:– The premises installation involves the wiring from the NIC to the indoor location, installing the ONT, installing gateway devices (when applicable), connecting computers and activation of services and providing customer education on the services per city requirements.3. Materials and materials management:– Fiber optic drop cable.– Drop attachment hardware including J–hooks, P–hooks and drop clamps.– Field installable connectors.– Drop conduit.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
