EDUCATION-18613 - USA (Moundsville, West Virginia) - Chief School Business Official Mentoring Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide chief school business official mentoring services to the government authority located in Moundsville, WV.– Comprehensive guidance and support related to financial management, reporting, compliance, and daily operational responsibilities.– Provide a minimum of two points of contact per month, with each contact lasting at least one (1) hour.– Provide a minimum of one in–person point of contact per month, unless otherwise approved due toextenuating circumstances.– Develop quarterly progress reports in collaboration with the CSBO, outlining areas of support provided,progress made, future focus areas, and goals.– Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.– Assist with budget development and management.– Assist with the preparation and understanding of GASB requirements.– Assist with the preparation of notes to financial statements.– Assist with fixed asset schedules and depreciation schedules.– Assist with fiduciary fund statements, as applicable.– Assist in the preparation of documentation for external audits.– Provide additional assistance in other financial or operational areas as needed throughout the year.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
