HEALTH-11168 - USA (Wisconsin) - Occupational Health Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational health services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.– Annual occupational health services which includes, but is not limited to regulated drug screening and alcohol testing; pre–employment and return–to–duty physicals and functional testing; on–site occupational testing such as audiograms, respirator fit test and pulmonary function test; ergonomic analysis of job tasks and functional testing as needed, occupational health medical consultation, on–site flu shot clinics and wellness educational programs.– Anticipates conducting approximately 450 DOT–regulated drug and alcohol tests annually with the majority of them needing to be conducted during all hours of operation, which is nearly 24/7 as the majority of bus service usually begins on weekdays at approximately 4:00 a.m. and continues through approximately 1:00 a.m(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2026(4) The contract period will be for one year.
