(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency debris removal and monitoring services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Provide emergency and non–emergency debris monitoring services and debris removal services.– Services include contract compliance supervision, inspection, documentation, electronic load ticket verification, dashboard reporting, and related debris monitoring support.– Provide disposal site monitors, staging site monitors, and inspection personnel.– Field debris monitors.– Capable of efficiently clearing, removing, reducing, recycling, and lawfully disposing of large volumes of disaster–generated debris from public property, public rights–of–way and waterway areas.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) An optional preproposal conference will be held on September 8, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
