(1) Vendor needs to provide English language arts professional development structure service to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.      – Provide teachers and school leaders with scaffolded professional development on how to effectively support students in developing strong literacy skills, especially early literacy with a focus on research–backed skills and strategies.– Facilitating professional learning communities (PLCs): lead structured PLC sessions focused on areas such as analyzing student work, planning responsive instruction, studying instructional practices, and building teacher capacity.– Providing faculty meeting professional development deliver targeted, data–informed English Language Arts professional development during faculty meetings aligned to district priorities and school needs.– English Language Arts instructional experience, including classroom teaching, coaching, and leadership roles.– Provide an English language arts professional development structure.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
