(1) Vendor needs to provide payables program and merchant services to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.– Merchant Services includes approximately 250 individual merchant IDs.– Includes complex point–of–sale systems, standalone physical credit card terminals, virtual terminals, and online e–commerce platforms.– Provide credit card processing and related services for multiple payment acceptance methods including card–present, card–not–present, online, e–commerce, mobile applications, wireless, recurring billing, and virtual terminal.– Improve merchant payment options, utilizing technologically advanced processing equipment, creative online solutions, and emerging digital payment options.– Provide excellent customer service and support to merchants.– Provide access to solutions for customizable hosted payment pages for eCommerce merchants selling products, services, or registration for events. – Comprehensive commercial card and ePayables platform solution that supports physical andvirtual cards, supplier payments, payment optimization, and integration with the university's current and future ERP environments.– Provide a secure supplier portal for maintaining banking instructions, selecting payment methods, and accessing remittance information and supporting documents.– Provide real–time tools for authorized University users to monitor card activity and manage card settings, controls, and limits for commercial card.– Require university card management team approval for new cards, excluding replacements for expiration, fraud, or lost and stolen cards.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
