(1) Vendor needs to provide client payment card program services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.– Implement a client payment card program that gives eligible individuals fast, secure, and convenient access to funds needed to prepare for and secure employment services.– Ability to independently and easily purchase preapproved employment‑related goods and services, without waiting for paper vouchers or check processing.– Provide the payment card solution.– Provide secure staff and client portals.– Provide project management and implementation support.– Deliver training and customer support.– Provide reporting and data tools.– Maintain business continuity and system availability.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25,2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
